If you forget your credit card PIN, you can recover it using one of the following methods: Option 1: Contact Customer Service Call the Ard Credit NBFI Customer Service Center at 7700-3322 using the phone number registered with your Ard App account. Option 2: Submit a PIN Recovery Request by Email Send an email to info@ardcredit.com with the following documents: • A handwritten request on A4 paper addressed to 'Ard Credit NBFI JSC'. The request must include: • Your full name• National Registration Number (Registration ID)• The email address where you wish to receive your PIN• The date the request was written • A photo of the front and back of your national ID card. • A selfie holding both your national ID card and the handwritten request. Once all required documents have been received and verified, your PIN will be sent to your registered email address within 2–3 hours.
