If you know your current password and wish to change it, log into the Ard App, go to the 'My Corner' section, and select the 'Privacy Settings' menu. Click on the 'Change PIN' button, enter your old password, followed by the new password and its confirmation, then click 'Save.' If you have forgotten your password, click the 'Recover Password' button on the login screen, enter your registered phone number, receive a verification code, and create a new 6-digit PIN code to use for logging in. It is recommended not to use your birthdate or phone number for the password.
