You can reset your PIN by calling Ard Credit's customer service center at 7700 3322 using the phone number registered in the Ard App. Alternatively, email info@ardcredit.com with the following documents: A handwritten request titled “To Ard Credit NBFI JSC” on A4 paper, including your full name, national ID number, the email address where you wish to receive the new PIN, and the date. Front and back photos of your national ID. A selfie holding both your national ID and the handwritten request. Once received, your PIN will be sent to your email within 2–3 hours.
