You can recover your PIN code by: Call the Ard Credit NBFI JSC’s Customer Service Center at 7700 3322 using the phone number registered in your Ard App. Alternatively, send an email to info@ardcredit.com with the following documents: A handwritten request on A4 paper titled 'To Ard Credit NBFI JSC' including your full name, national ID number, the email where you wish to receive the PIN, and the date. A front and back photo of your national ID card. A selfie photo of you holding both your national ID card and the handwritten request. Once we receive all the required materials, your PIN code will be sent to your email within 2-3 hours.
