To cancel a deposit, the account holder must either visit an Ard Assets SCC branch in person or submit a remote cancellation request. Remote cancellation: Send the following documents to info@ardassets.com: 1. Deposit cancellation application/request letter 2. Both sides of your National ID card, or an e-Mongolia reference document 3. A screenshot of your deposit account 4. A selfie holding your National ID card and the signed request letter Please note: If your deposit balance exceeds ₮20 million, you are required to visit a branch in person. However, if you are unable to do so, you may send your request from the email address registered with your Ard App account.
