You may visit the Ard branch located on the 1st floor of Central Tower and submit a request for closure. Or you can email info@ardcredit.com with the following documents: A handwritten application on A4 paper titled “Application to Ard Credit NBFI JSC” (The application must include your full name, registration number, account number, and the date the application was written.) Front and back photos of your ID card A selfie of you holding your ID card together with the handwritten application Your request will be processed within 24 hours after the documents are received.
