You can cancel your account through one of the following methods: Visit in person: Visit the Ard branch located on the 1st floor of Central Tower and submit a cancellation request. Via Email: Send an email to info@ardcredit.com with the following required documents: A handwritten application on A4 paper, addressed to 'Ard Credit NBFI JSC' (Must include your full name, registration number, account number, and the date). Clear photos of both the front and back of your National ID card. A selfie photo holding both your National ID card and your handwritten application. Your request will be processed within 24 hours after all required documents are received.
